5 support LUKS UUIDs in libblkid - ID: 1725519

Details:

This patch adds support for cryptsetup-luks (http://luks.endorphin.org)
UUIDs to libblkid.
This is required p.e. to avoid hardcoding device names for encrypted
partitions.
