Tracker: Feature Requests
It would be useful to have the Window class implement the Initiator
interface and stub a doInit method so we can initialize in the Window class
(where it is convenient to handle other page events).
Along with this, an attribute like 'doInit' could be specified in the
Window element instead of having to write
'<?init class="..."?>
