mktime compatibility issue - ID: 1721758

One customer is reporting a problem with "Lokad osCommerce v2.0.3" for the
following configuration.
Server OS: Linux 2.6.9-1.667
Database: MySQL 5.0.18-standard
HTTP Server: Apache/1.3.34 (Unix) PHP/5.1.2 mod_ssl/2.8.25 OpenSSL/0.9.8a
PHP Version: 5.1.2 (Zend: 2.1.0)
The customer gets the following message:
Warning: mktime() expects parameter 6 to be long, string given in
/abc.co.uk/html/admin/includes/classes/lokad/common.php on line 109
