Tiquit

I read the tutorial. However, Email notifications cannot be turned on
because it didn't show up on the configuration page. I fixed this by adding
a 'name' column to 'universal' table--it was missing when importing the
tiquit.sql into MySQL. The reason was that univ.php looks for the 'name'
field. Since it couldn't find it, it skipped the whole table (I only saw
the theme table).
