urlencoded characters like ä (passed by external script) ... - ID: 1715871

... produce error: failed to open stream,
although the link works perfectly.
Workaround is to feed tsep the pagedata with "ALL>"
which I have to use anyways, because tsep itself can't index dynamic pages
and
because the tags don't work and because it's way faster to give tsep the
pagedata than let it crawl all the links again.
