Can't install HSQL.PostgreSQL - ID: 1715580

I can build and install HSQL, and also configure HSQL.PostgreSQL, but when
trying to build this package I obtain the attached warning, and can't
install, runghc complaints:
Installing: /usr/local/lib/hsql-postgresql-1.7/ghc-6.6 & /usr/local/bin
hsql-postgresql-1.7...
Registering hsql-postgresql-1.7...
Reading package info from ".installed-pkg-config" ... done.
ghc-pkg: /usr/include/postgresql/8.1/server doesn't exist or isn't a
directory (use --force to override)
I have postgresql-8.1 installed, but that directory doesn't exist. Also,
runghc doesn't knows about --force option.
