ReadBarJ: Barcode recognition in J2ME

At this time cature is always using PNG. Midlet compatible phone does not
always got PNG compatible capture mode. This can be an issue.

You should be able to select the capture image format from the supported
list of format in the phone.

There, when PNG exists, it would be selected as default one. But, user thru
the option command menu would select any other according to his "live
test".

If PNG is not existing, the first format available is selected by default.

Selecting a loosy format such as JPEG is "bad", but there are phones where
no other alternatives is possible (For instance on the siemens C75).
