If the selected area in a wxRichTextCtrl inclues the one before the last a
wrong range (because including the last character) is returned.

e.g. In the richtexsample:
- remove all content
- write "hello"
- select "hell"
- press the bold button

expected behavior: "hell" is bold and "o" is normal
result: "hello" is bold
