This is a patch to the current SM-1_4-STABLE branch of
functions/mailbox_display.php

All it does is remove a few extraneous and unnecessary HTML tags from the
code, making the default mailbox_display ouputted page 100% valid HTML 4.01
Transitional (as long as you set arg_separator.output = "&" and don't
use any poorly-written plugins).

I'm a little tired of fixing this every time we upgrade, so submitting a
clean patch in hopes it gets fixed once and for all :)
