5 Authorisation Pending Setting 1 Breaks Logout/Login - ID: 1702720

When "Customer Approval Status - Authorization Pending"
setting is set to 1 (Must be Authorized to Browse), customers are unable to
logout properly and therefore unable to login again unless session cookies
are manually deleted (or a new browser session is initiated).

I believe this issue may be caused by a redirection to the login page prior
to the completion of the logout script as there is no logout confirmation
page when this setting is set to 1.
