jxl

Hello,
we are having desktop application where we are using jxl, we have included
jxl in the jar file classpath MANIFEST.MF file but when running the jar
file it's giving the jxl runtime exception:

Exception occurred during event dispatching:
java.lang.ExceptionInInitializerError
at jxl.Workbook.getWorkbook(Workbook.java:198)

any help regarding this exception would be helpful.
