Crash on Windows with scroll wheel - ID: 1702066

I build treectrl 2.2.2 against Tk 8.5a5 / Windows XP.
Everything is fine, but the scroll wheel crashes my application.
Tcl_Panic() is called.
How to reproduce:
c:\...> wish demo.tcl
List of Demos -> Select "Explore (List)"
Elements and Styles: unfold some items
Use mouse wheel while the focus is in "Elements
and Styles" window.
