bg/fg color issues with nm-applet - ID: 1700887

I am running nm-applet (the gnome/gtk NetworkManager) under KDE. With
Baghira 0.8-1 (from Kubuntu Feisty). With Baghira, the background color as
well as the foreground color are both black.. Look at the attachment. The
left one is under a different style (crystal/plastik) and the right one is
with Baghira.
