Arrow misplacement while arranging use cases - ID: 1699178

Design two use cases and connect them via an extend or include. Arrange one
use case oval directly above or below the other and the arrow will be
placed at the very top of the viewing area.
Workaround: do not arrange usecases in a vertical row.
