5 Project removal request: hostdb & elsinore - ID: 1693355

Please remove two projects that I started and never got anywhere and I
never had time to work on. They have become outdated ides.

The projects are:
- hostdb
- elsinore

I am the admin of both of them, neither has had any files released under
them (I saw that was a criteria for removal in the docs).
