OpenXML/ODF Translator Add-in for Office

Message box is in english now. validated with version r3784

Snapshot R3784 had been generated on English Platform

The self-extracting executable created by IExpress includes the
wextract.exe file from the generation machine (usually located in
\Windows\system32).
There is no clean way to generate localized self-extracting executables
for all our supported languages on a single build machine so the best
solution is to generate only English self-extracting executable (we could
try to collect wextract.exe from different machines but this file is not
supposed to be redistributed) by generating the snapshots on an English
platform.

The Excel team seems to have an english based installation of Visual
Studio.
Should see with them...

I propose to move this bug to M2 as it won't be solved before M1.
This bug is simply tied to the compilation environment.
We need to build the add-in on an english based installation of Visual
Studio to get english system messages (amazing, isn't it?)
We don't have such an installation so far.

Now the dialogs are in Polish for all installers (r2782) ;-)

Fixed. Error dialogues will be in English.
