Terminal Server Client [tsclient]

tsclient originally had a minimalistic interface and clicking a button
expanded the view to present all options. A return to that form has been
suggested, in a way. The suggestion is that tsclient initially display a
dialog to launch saved profiles and a quick connect option for certain
protocols (some protocols would not support this). Another dialog, similar
to the current state of tsclient minus the image at the top, would allow
editing of saved profiles. See attached mockups. The entry fields may not
match what is currently available and changes might be necessary, but the
mockup provides the idea.
