#414 Closing the application is not consistent
You can close the application in 2 ways:
* When you close the main window (i hit the X buttom from top right), the application is closed without asking.
* When you close the application from File->Exit, the application is asking "Do you want to close ?", that is the good behavior.
This 2 behaviors should be identical, i.e. when you close from the "X" window button, you should be asked if you want to close.
