DBUtil : Database Manager

System: Windows XP Professional SP2

The new passphrase system works wonderfully. I can save my passwords and
access them via one master password.

However, I find that if I don't enter a passphrase and am allowed into the
program (without passwords saved), and I then restart the program and enter
the correct passphrase, my saved passwords are erased. What I would expect
is that not entering a passphrase would hide the passwords and entering it
would allow me to use them.
