Make the two ExecuteTestCase Ant tasks execute the same way - ID: 1676920

Current ExecuteTestCaseTask and ExecuteTestCaseSeparateVMTask both call
ExecuteTestCase, but in the end, they end up executing scripts differently.
I propose we make ExecuteTestCaseTask use the same pattern
ExecuteTestCaseSeparateVmTask uses, by first queuing up all of the scripts
in ExecuteTestCase and then running executeFiles().
