5 W850i - "command return error" when sending SMS - ID: 1671774

Details:

I have two SMS in my FMA Outbox. When I try to send them I get an error:

[RX] +CMS ERROR: 38
ERROR: Command return error or not understood

Then the Outbox send fails and send is suspended. Attached is the FMA event
log.
