Add admin email anon option to admin options - ID: 1671454

Yes, right now when anyone sends email to admin, their address is the
reply-to/sender. I need to add an option to allow the email to be sent from
something like noreply@blah.com so that it can be added to a mailing list
as ok for sender filter...this is for sending to mailing lists from the
admin email...
Also, good would be to add a flag to get more info from a users setup sent
along with this email too...
