PLSM2 ported to EIHORT using #ifdef EIHORT macro statements - ID: 1662385

Ported projects Plugin_PagingLandScapeSceneManager2 and Tool_MapSplitter to
Eihort using an EIHORT macro. There are two patches in the zip file. One
generated from folder C:\ogreaddons\paginglandscape\Tools\MapSplitter and
another from folder
C:\ogreaddons\paginglandscape\PlugIns\PagingLandScape2.
The reason the other projects where not ported is that they needed too much
changes to be neatly done using #ifdef statements, especially, since the
input system in Ogre changed to OIS.
