Whited out menus in Windows Vista - ID: 1654795

There seems to be a problem for the selected, and highlighted menu items
for programs using the wimp theme on Windows Vista. When the menu item is
selected, the text is white on white background and unreadable.
This has been confirmed as of the latest release of gtk-wimp 0.7 and on
Inkscape, Gimp, and Gaim.
