'Used by' not working on startup - ID: 1644162

It would be good to have the 'Used by' feature
(introduced in Deputy 2.0.3) immediately after
opening a project.xml (and before applying the rules).
Currently, this information is only available after
applying the rules (as stated in the release notes
of 2.0.3).
But it could also give good hints when inspecting the
current state of a project.xml.
