Uber Uploader

I was implementing Uber-Uploader into a German language website and had to
tranlate several error messages and labels. This made me think that it
would be nice to select from different language packs during setup.

I don't mean translate all the documentation and stuff, just what will or
might be visible to the interface user.

If you are interested in doing this, I volunteer to provide the German and
Russian translations. There is not much text, all in all, and I'm sure
other people can be found for other languages.
