Crashes When Run - ID: 1616720

When I run it with my application, the child process crashes immediately,
telling me "there was an error in WarehouseManager.exe" and asking me if I
want to send an error report to Microsoft.
My application runs fine without NProf. It's a .Net 1.1 assembly - is that
what's messing things up?
How To Reproduce: Run NProf on any version (release or debug) of my
program.
