HTML FAQ broken on main sf.net site - ID: 1612008

The HTML FAQ does not display correctly (actually, it barely displays at
all) via the "Documentation" menu off the main SourceForge site. It
displays just fine off resxml.sourceforge.net. I tried stripping the
'html', 'head' and 'body' elements, with no success. Maybe there are more
illegal tags.
