Site docs issue: incorrect URL - ID: 1605539

The document
http://sourceforge.net/docman/display_doc.php?docid=31070&group_id=1
contains an instance of the word "ViewVC" marked up as a hyperlink to
http://viewvc.red-bean.com/. That is the wrong URL -- it should be
http://viewvc.org/. (The red-bean URL is but one of thousands of public
ViewVC installations.)
