Mobup - MOBile UPloader for Flickr

When MobUp searches for GPS is goes to the last saved settings. If you've
changed GPS units or have two different GPS units paired to the phone, it
will not release the old settings and find the new GPS unit resulting in an
error and no way to clear the old settings.

This continues even after deleting MobUp and reinstalling it, meaning there
must be a configuration file that I need to remove for a simple work
around.

The repair for this bug should be:
1. Allow release of previous GPS configuration.
2. Allow multiple GPS configurations (3+)
3. If no GPS is found, ask if new configuration is desired and ask if you
want to clear old GPS configuration settings.
