dbiwrapper does not work on ubuntu 6.10 - ID: 1600537

the dbiwrapper is blowing up when trying to enter time on kubuntu 6.10.
I'm using postgres 8.1. we had tried to fix the 8.1 issues didn't we?
Here's the error.
