Patch fixes 1.5.1 cookie issues in PHP 5.1.2+ and 4.4.2+. Issue is already fixed in 1.5.2cvs (patch backports fixes from 1.5.2cvs to 1.5.1), but 1.5.2 version is not available and I don't have plans to host patch on my site forever.
