Details:

On my friend's router (WRT54GS, unknown version), he
has a page called 'Parental Controls' under the 'Access
Restrictions' tab. It allows the administrator to
create accounts that limit access to certain sites,
etc. I would like to have this capability on my
WRT54GS v4 router, if possible.
