CSV export broken in logbook tool. - ID: 1579692

CSV export broken in logbook tool. Specifically, where
a logbook contains sub-sections, the resulting CSV
export will be incomplete. Content rooted at the
sub-section (including the sub-section itself) will be
truncated from the export.
