9 Cannot build anything and crash on borders - ID: 1576407

After starting a game, I cannot build any objects. I
get no building menu, only the watching menu.

Additionally, when I click on the border of my
territory, the game crashes.

If a playback or screenshot helps, I can provide these.

Is it an assert in Field::is_interior, Field::get_owned_by or Field::set_owned_by that fails or is it something else? What kind of system is it? What byte order?

My SVN is at revision 1698, but can't check the current-state, due to other bugs in compiling (see mailinglist.) BUT, this error exists and is really unfair. -> Anyone an idea?
