Height and width attributes are not passed - ID: 1575026

The height and width parameters, when set in the
FCKFaceEditorTag object, are not passed through to the
FCKFaceEditor component.
The setProperties() method must be modified to do so.
While you're at it, they should also be added to the
release() method.
