These new SIS packages for 2nd edition have now been uploaded:

PythonForS60_1_3_11_f2_2ndEd.SIS
PythonScriptShell_1_3_11_f2_2ndEd.SIS

These new binaries report "1.3.11 final2" as their version.
This was only a build problem, no source changes were
necessary. This problem affected just 2nd edition, FP2 and
FP3 are OK. If you are using the original 1.3.11 2ndEd
packages, uninstall them and install the new fixed packages.

There has propably have been wrong ecam.lib in building
those sis files and there is also an error in README.txt.
Workaround:
copy ecam.lib from 2nd Ed fp2 (2.6) SDK:s
/release/armi/urel/ecam.lib dir to 2nd Ed (2.0) SDK:s
/release/armi/urel/ecam.lib.
Build again and make sis files.
