Details:

I'm one of the administrator of easysp proyecto, and
we'll like to install Joomla! to support our web,
sourceforge permit us to use php and mysql but when
during the Joomla installation report us that the
installation of joomla can't rewrite files of our web
space, and we can't install it. It's normal? other
sites have Joomla installed? we have to do something?

Your best bet would be to ask a member of the Joomla community, or another project administrator on Sourceforge who has successfully completed a Joomla install. Keep in mind that the project web hosts themselves are read-only, so certain features (such as file upload), may not work.
