konqburn will not load due to "libname: 0x..." - ID: 1565383

This bug described in comment #5 (from previous comment
#2) can be found as well in

Apparently konqburn will not load and will output the
following:
konqueror: WARNING: libname:0x82c3fb8 doesn't specify a
library!
Where the address changes on each execution.
