It would be nice to be able to create groups of reviewers whose ratings
would be averaged. These groups could either be created by
administrators or by users themselves. Ideally, groups could be made up
of individual users or of other groups.

Finally, one should be able to search for pictures that have above (or
below) a certain rating by a group (or individual), or create albums that
meet those criteria.
