option to send follow up email - ID: 1560333

user sends an email to a rom instance and gets a reply, now it would be
nice to send a follow up email to that user after a defined time.
e.g. user requests the handbook for software a via email, gets an
automatic follow up after a while containing the support contact
information again as a reminder
