Shell scripts not POSIX compatible - ID: 1559961

The shell scripts used by the tovid suite contain some
bash-specific code for arrays, but the shebang is "#!
/bin/sh". These scripts fail if /bin/sh is linked to a
shell which does not support bash-style arrays, like dash.
Shebanging to #!/bin/bash would be best if such arrays
are going to be used...
