Specify local IP on port redirection - ID: 1554802

As it stands, there is no way to specify a local IP to
the port redirection, wich is sometimes usefull.
Instead of allowing only the port to be entered, there
should be also an IP field, either optional or with a
default value (127.0.0.1 or 'localhost').
