of course it's possible but not really needed. If you read
about the way OFF works you'll find out why it isn't needed
that badly. Send a patch if you want the feature urgently...

Encrypted block transfers aren't necessary to obfuscate your
file transfers in OFF if that's what you are concerned
about. It might be implemented (optionally) at some point in
the future for the paranoids but it is low on the devs'
TODO-lists. If you want this feature early on, please
implement it yourself or pay somebody to implement it, then
provide a patch.
