Wrong placeholder replacement - ID: 1550740

When a filename contains e.g. %2 (let's say, a file
called "Artist / Title.ogg" where / is translated
to %2F), this %2 will be replaced with the file size
in the status bar (it will say "Artist 1,024,000F
Title (%2) Ogg Vorbis file" in our example) except
of the one that should be replaced.
