*F* Diff for new feature: Allow masks in exclude file list - ID: 1547741

Hi,
With the attached changes, it is now possible to
indicate masks in the exclude file list, such as
"Stuff*.pas"
It uses the IsFileNameMatch function from the JCL on
top of the existing "AnsiContainsText" function call.
This makes the exclude function very powerful.
