I would like to introduce the idea of being able to
restrict cms users with user albums from changing their
albums permissions, thumbnail and image properties and
such.

Untill now i don't believe it is possible for an admin
to keep a user with a user album from changing it's
priviliges to allow guests to post images to it, delete
images from it, change the size of the image and the
thumbnails.

-accessibility of option in the "edit album" function
should be individually definable in the permissions for
a user, or a usergroup.

-It should be possible to deactivate links such as
'edit album, edit permissions, move album' on a
userclass basis

-the general permissions interface needs some serious
simplification, or documentation needs to be added on
how to do this on a user basis, a userclass basis, and
on album basis.

Reasons:
i don't want users to be able to:
-change thumbnail sizes
-change permissions
-change image sizes

Secondly, i want it to be able to define what upload
mechanisms are available to certain users/userclasses.
To avoid that cms users import entire flickr albums or
google image searches or whatever folders, but still
keep this option for the admins or other classes.

It will be a challenge to make this all work in a
transparent way but it would be an essential and
beautifull addon to the current gallery system.
