Saturn Tools

Would it be possible to selectively enable or disable
certain buttons in Ops? For instance, something like a
config .ini file. I don't think that it would need to
be too fancy... the appearance of Ops would not need
to change based on the config, but just whether or not
anything happens when a certain buttons are pressed.
