Add support for disabling components - ID: 1538473

Luxor XUL does not provide means for enabling and
disabling components explicitely. Sometimes, however,
this can become important for specific user interfaces.
Therefore, the Luxor XUL API should provide the methods
isEnabled and setEnabled for components.
