5 Formating Cells/Rows/Columns in Tables - ID: 1538362

Details:

When you select a cell/row/column in a table and then
using the format cell/row/column editor and change
something and press apply it does nothing to that
cell/row/column.

It should apply the formating to the selected
cells/rows/columns.
